Please fill in the form below with all your details and Tim will be in contact with you via email or phone to confirm availability. Once the dates and numbers of days are confirmed for your stay, you will be sent a payment link to complete your payment via Stripe. Note all fees are in NZ currency. Completion of payment will secure your booking and you will then be sent confirmation.

For bookings of 4 days or more, a 30% deposit is required within 30 days, with the remaining balance due 30 days before your stay. For bookings under 4 days, the full amount must be paid within 30 days of receiving the invoice.

Payments can be made by card via Stripe online, which incurs a 4% payment processing fee, or by direct bank deposit, which does not incur any processing fees (please note this is a New Zealand bank account). You can select your preferred payment method when you receive your invoice.

For cancellations made more than 30 days in advance, you will receive a full refund, minus any online payment processing fees. For cancellations within 30 days, a 50% refund of all fees paid will be issued, minus online payment processing fees.
